Our caller, Stephanie asks us: “why is it so hard for women to lift each other up?” We believe that women have a choice about whether they want to compete with one another or compliment and collaborate with each other. In this episode, we discuss the dividends that are paid when we choose collaboration over competition.

- When you are secure with who you are, you can confidently celebrate the successes of others
- Having an attitude of curiosity opens you up to learning from others vs. competing with them
- Adopting an abundance mindset is knowing that there is always room for everyone to succeed
- Collaboration is magical – you get inspired, you feel encouraged, and you become energized
- Givers gain! When you give genuinely to others, you attract reciprocity into your life.
- Competition can be healthy when your intention is to have fun, grow, and stay motivated
- Be a SAVER – someone who supports, aligns, value adds, elevates, and rises with others
- Think about what you would want someone to say at your eulogy – be that person!
- People may not remember what you say, but they will always remember how you make them feel
